In Bad Taste

I would like to express my unhappiness
and sorrow for the very poor and bad taste and
choice in publishing the above titled article
in your Oct. 19, 2007 issue.. It is absurd for
a Muslim newspaper to run an article to
condone homosexuality. I think the man who wrote
it was an idiot and a homosexual himself. Even
if this disease existed from the very past history
among societies it should be regarded as it really
is, a sickness, a disease, an immoral affliction
that has no place in the Muslim community.
We as Muslims, no matter where we are, must observe
the laws of Allah and not be fooled by the acts
and plays of Sheitan and feel soft for those who
are sick with this disease. They should be cured
by any medical techniques or else must be obliterated
from the society as the most dangerous disease
that can spread out and go rampant. What do you
do with the weeds in your garden that you care
so much about? You kill the weeds. What do you
do with your cattle if they got afflicted with
the moth and hoof virus? You kill them.
So, Allah has instructed us to cure or to kill
these dangerous species that could endanger humanity.
The sooner they are done away with the least of
them will become present That is the way to do
away with those strains that have bad genes in
them. Don't let them to continue to have more
of the same species. This is the same way you
will go about the strains of bad grains. Don't
you? So, what is the difference? The humans are
in the eyes of Allah just like any other creature
and He who has created us all has instructed us
to do away with the accidentally rejected products,
as soon as they become known.
