An Abhorrent Act

A news item appearing in the Pakistan media claimed that two persons belonging to the Ahmadi faith were murdered after a well-known religious program TV anchor person proposed the widespread lynching of followers of the religious sect.
Have we become such barbarians that we remain silent while people like Amir Liaquat go on GEO and encourage murder? Where are the Islamic scholars, the maulvis, the self-proclaimed righteous? Why are they quiet? Does not Islam teach that killing of an innocent person is the murder of humanity? Where is the civil society? Where are the lawyers? Will any one stand up and condemn this?
GEO TV should also be taken to task for this abhorrent act. I urge GEO TV to take disciplinary action against the said TV anchor and apologize to the nation.
