I Need the Possession of My Plot

This is to inform you that plot No. A-184/Block 6/F in the Mehran Town Scheme for Overseas Pakistanis, Karachi, was allotted to me under reference No. MT 2774-77-KDA/1961dated 5.6.1979. As required under the terms of the scheme the payment was made in foreign exchange in KDA account No. 1695A.
For a number of years the area remained undeveloped and we approached KDA several times to do the needful but no action was taken. However, we did make all payments, including local charges for the plot. The KDA issued us the full payment receipt and also an allotment order. Since I was outside the country, I couldn’t take physical possession of the plot.
On 25th of April, 2010 I came to Pakistan and went to look for my plot and to my surprise noticed that some unauthorized person had built a small boundary wall and erected a flag in the compound. I also met a person who claimed he was the caretaker of the place and was hired for the purpose. Anyhow, we told him that the plot was illegally occupied by this person (who hired him) and that he should leave the place. I also asked him to remove the flag, but he said he had no authority to do so.
I would like you to bring this case to the notice of the KDA, DIG Karachi and Directorate of Overseas Pakistani Association, Islamabad with the request that they should take action and get the physical possession of the said plot to me as early as possible.
