Babri Masjid Judgment

Babri Masjid decision is nothing but pandering to the Hindu extremist. There was a great possibility and fear of violence and retribution if the decision had been just, so the judges decided to do injustice. It is not only the Muslims that feel injustice has been done, it is the way all fair-minded people believe and feel. I have yet to meet a single person who believes that justice has been dispensed. Irrespective of the spin, an unjust decision would just be that, "unfair and unjust" Once it is clear that it is not a fair decision; what should be the reaction of the community that has been robbed of its legitimate rights.
I appeal to Muslims "never accept this decision, never give up your genuine rights." The entire story of Ram birth place and existence of a temple was concocted to humiliate Muslims. I appeal to Muslims to carry on their very legitimate and honorable struggle in a peaceful manner and use all legal recourse to see that justice is ultimately dispensed. Muslims should appeal to the Supreme Court, appeal to the International Court of Justice, appeal to the United Nations, appeal to the Organization of Islamic Countries, appeal to the President of India and they must not take it passively. I strongly believe the salvation of Indian Muslims in the long run lies in their fight for justice in the Indian society. If injustice is done to them on this issue, it would be repeated and they would soon be relegated as a community that could be ridiculed, deceived, cheated and manipulated. I appeal to Muslims that there is no justification to resort to any kind of violence. Resistance has to be peaceful and resolute. They must be steadfast and persevere for their own survival and respect. Never, never accept an unfair judgment. It is harmful for the Indian society. It would be harmful for the Hindus as well.
A struggle for justice and resistance against injustice would determine if Muslims live in India with respect or be treated as third rate citizens of secular India. This decision is a double blow to the Indian Muslims' sense of security: first, the Masjid was torn down by Hindu fanatics with the tacit approval of the executive branch in UP and Central Government. Nobody has ever been  prosecuted for that crime. The second blow comes from the Judiciary that has given a judgment that defies logic, law and evidence. If Indian Muslims do not stand up for their rights, pretty soon the legislature would enact laws that would curtail the freedom to practice their faith.
