FATA &Pukhtoonistan

Now that FATA has merged in KPK and its peoplehave come to enjoy the same civil rights and privileges as the rest of the Pakistanis, is it not time to hold a referendum in territories across the border adjoining FATA that once claimed to be part of Pukhtoonistan to ascertain if they too would like to join Pakistan to enjoy the same benefits?
Pakistan should take up this issue at the international level as the lot of the people across the bordertoo deserves to be ameliorated.
