Senate Chairman Elections

Why don’t all those who think Mian Nawaz Sharif to be the plunderer of national wealth get together and field a joint candidate for the chairmanship of the Senate? Would MNS not become more powerful if the chairman senate is also one of his partisans? Is it rocket science to understand that by voting for their individual candidates their votes would get divided and the MNS nominee would just sail through and get elected. Even a primary school kid would know that one’s enemy’s enemy is a friend. So, for the time being they must all put aside their mutual enmities and get united against one common adversary, unless in their heart of hearts, they want him to win.
