This is an excellent and very timely article by Editor Akhtar Faruqui in your issue of August 16. It provides a great summary of the shameful acts which led up to the present travesty and murder of justice in India. During the Suez crisis in 1956 an Anglo-Indian teacher we had was siding with the British incursion in Egypt, while a student in our class named Kocher kept on saying again and again: "Sir, sir, dirty Britishers!", and we all laughed. How true, how very true! They are responsible for many of the present crises around the globe. But there were some like the good people MrFaruqui has mentioned, who stood up for what was right.
