Trump’s Victory and More

The re-election of Donald J. Trump as the president of the USA made me look at various stats:
* The presidents who ran for presidency in four consecutive elections:
1. John Adams: 1788 (L); 1792 (L); 1796 (W); 1800 (L)
2. Thomas Jefferson: 1792 (L); 1796 (L); 1800 (W); 1804 (W)
3. Franklin D. Roosevelt: 1932 (W); 1936 (W); 1940 (W); 1944 (W)
* The presidents who ran for presidency in three consecutive elections:
1. John Quincy Adams: 1820 (L); 1824 (W); 1828 (L)
2. Andrew Jackson: 1824 (L); 1828 (W); 1832 (W)
3. Grover Cleveland: 1884 (W); 1888 (L); 1892 (W)
4. Ronald W. Reagan: 1976 (L); 1980 (W); 1984 (W)
Note: In 1976, Gerald R. Ford was the Republican candidate but Reagan got one electoral vote from a ‘Faithless Elector’. That made Reagan, technically, a candidate for presidency.
5. Donald J. Trump: 2016 (W); 2020 (L); 2024 (W)
* The president who ran for presidency in three non-consecutive elections:
Richard M. Nixon: 1960 (L); 1968 (W); 1972 (W)
* The candidates who ran for presidency in four elections without winning:
1. George Clinton: 1788 (L); 1792 (L); 1796(L); 1808 (L)
2. Ralph Nader: 1996 (L); 2000 (L); 2004 (L); 2008 (L)
Note: There may be more unknown candidates.
* The US Presidents who served two non-consecutive terms:
1. Grover Cleveland: 1884 (W); 1888 (L); 1892 (W)
2. Donald J. Trump: 2016 (W); 2020 (L); 2024 (W)
