Building a Mosque in Palos Verdes California

Buildomg a mosque in Palos Verdes is a very challenging task because every inch of land has been taken away. There are 40 churches and 3 synagogues/chabad in the Palos Verdes Peninsula in Southern California, but not a single mosque!

By adding a mosque, the ShinyPV Hill will get a check mark from the Fed as a Diverse/Inclusive Community.

In this regard I wrote to the Pakistani expats living in Palos Verdes and suggested to them to buy the current building where IqraPV.ComMusalla rents it in Rolling Hills Estates at 700 Silver Spur Road, CA 90274.

I also made a survey of the Palos Verdes Muslim community and found that our local families are struggling economically.

So, there is no way we can buy the $12 million two-storey building which comes with few commercial stores on ground floor, as one unit. The owner doesn’t want to subdivide it, which is okay. We can use it for the imam and the weekend school.

Arab Muslim families in Palos Verdes strongly feel that we can’t raise $12 million from the Middle East after 9/11. The days are gone when Saudi King Fahd built an iconic Mosque in Culver City, California, just before 9/11.

There is a suggestion now that we raise $12 million from Pakistan.

How?

There are 21 ultra rich families in Pakistan who are richer than the Middle East oil Shaikhs. But,they are parking (depositing) their riches in dollars in Swiss Accounts in Switzerland 🇨🇭 , in London 🇬🇧 , in Paris 🇫🇷 , in Qatar 🇶🇦 , and in Dubai 🇦🇪 .

Because of CPEC China’s mega-funding, and IMF money flow, rich families in Pakistan have become super-rich now.

I have requested the expats to convince one of such rich Pakistani families to buy the 12 million dollar building for iqrapv mosque, instead of stashing it in Swiss banks or purchasing more and more luxury villas in London, Paris, or Dubai.

It will be a win-win situation for them, and for Iqra PV.Com. Building a permanent house of Allah anywhere in the world is a Sawaab-e-Jaariyah (ongoing charity).

Recently, they discovered rich deposits of oil and rare earth minerals  including lithium for EVs worth trillions of dollars in Pakistan.

Next time when the expats visit their home-country of Pakistan, they can broach this subject to people who matter and can help. Thanks to the internt they could reach out to such individuals if they show enterprise and decide to act for a noble cause - now.
