Karachi Club Los Angeles Hosts “Dawat e Haleem” in Garden Grove

n keeping with its tradition
of hosting an annual Haleem
IParty, the Karachi Club of Los
Angeles held a ‘Dawat e Haleem’
in Garden Grove, California, re-
cently. Since 1994, the party is be-
ing held regularly.
Over 1,000 community mem-
bers from all counties of greater Los
Angeles area came with their fami-
lies to commemorate the decade-old
tradition in the holy month of Mu-
harram and to enjoy tasty haleem
prepared by Noorani Restaurant.
On the occasion a vigil for Las
Vegas shooting victims was also ar-
ranged. Addressing the large gather-
ing, Adnan Naqvi thanked all
